We know these roads
Columbia and the Midlands have been our whole territory since 2008 — the hospital campuses, the clinic car parks, the back entrances that save a long walk, and the quiet residential streets in between. We also drive out of the area for specialist appointments and airport runs.
The communities on the map are simply where our passengers tend to live and travel. If your address or your destination is not shown, that does not mean no — it means it is worth a phone call.

A+ accredited by the BBB
An A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, earned over years of service in this community — not a badge we bought.
Licensed, insured, background-checked
Every driver is licensed, fully insured and background checked before anyone rides with them.
Locally owned since 2008
Same family business, same city, since 2008. We know the Midlands, the hospitals and the back entrances.
Door-to-door, hand-to-hand
We come to the door, walk alongside, and hand our passenger to the person meeting them. Nobody is left standing alone.
Top-rated in the Midlands
Rated the top senior transportation business in the Midlands by Google Reviews.
How a ride actually works
Four simple steps, the same every time — so there is nothing to work out on the morning of the appointment.
Step 1
You tell us where and when
Call us or fill in the form, at any hour. A real person answers the phone in Columbia, and requests sent overnight are confirmed by 7am.
Step 2
We confirm the details
The pickup point, the appointment time, and anything the driver should know — a walker in the trunk, a back door that is easier than the front, a daughter to call afterwards.
Step 3
Your driver comes to the door
Not the kerb. They knock, introduce themselves by name, and offer an arm on the way to the car and again on the way in.
Step 4
We get you home again
Waiting through the appointment, or coming back at a time you agree together — then inside the door, not left on the step.
What our passengers say
“My driver Lisa was so kind to me during my medical procedure. She could not have taken better care of me.”

The same appointment, every week? Arrange it once.
Dialysis three times a week, a course of physical therapy, an infusion schedule, a specialist you see every month — we set up a recurring ride so the same routine simply repeats. No re-explaining, no fresh phone call each time.

We are a car service, not an ambulance service, and we would rather tell you plainly what we do well. We are a great fit for passengers who can transfer into a car seat — walking on their own, walking with a cane or walker, or steadied by an arm. Our drivers help with the door, the step down from the curb, the seatbelt and the bags.
Our vehicles do not have wheelchair lifts or ramps, so a passenger who has to stay in a power chair is better served by a lift-equipped provider. A lightweight travel wheelchair is no problem at all — it folds into the trunk and comes with you.
Not sure which side of that line your mother or father falls on? Call us and describe the situation. We will tell you straight whether we are the right fit — and if we are not, we will say so.
Call 803-926-7933 and ask usArranging care from out of town
If you live in Charlotte or Atlanta or three time zones away, you already know the bind. You cannot drive her to the cardiologist yourself. You are handing your mother to somebody you have never met. And you would quite like to know, afterwards, that it actually happened.
That is most of why families call us. Every driver is licensed, insured and background checked before anyone rides with them. Because we go door-to-door and hand-to-hand, your parent is never left standing outside a clinic waiting for a car that may or may not come. And when you call, a real person in Columbia picks up — not a queue, not an app, not a chatbot.
You can arrange the whole thing remotely: book by phone or through the form, give us your own number as the contact, and tell us if you would like the driver to let you know once your parent is safely inside. Ask us anything you want to ask — we would far rather answer the question than leave you wondering.
